Registration

The registration period has now begun. Those who wish to attend can register online through this section. A link will guide you to a secure page, where you can conduct your transactions worry free.

You can also register by fax or by mail. Simply print out and complete the form in PDF format (link below).

If you would like to pay by cheque, you must complete the PDF form and send it by mail to the Conference Secretariat (address indicated on the form), accompanied by your cheque.

Attention - Preferential rate : an extension is being offered to you until May 20^th!
